How long does the program last for and can I change my discount or reward that I have chosen after I pick one?
The Bicycle Benefits program runs year-round and begins once you register as a Bicycle Benefits Business Member on our site. Once you register and purchase the minimum of 10 Bicycle Benefits helmet stickers, we will send you your storefront Bicycle Benefits Business Member sticker, the desired number of helmet stickers, a counter card and program information. If at any point you decide you want to change the discount/reward which you offer, just notify us, your employees and make the desired change on your storefront decal. We will immediately change your listing on our website.
Who is eligible to participate as a Bicycle Benefits Business Member in your program?
Any and all businesses or establishments may participate who offer in-store products or services and agree to offer the minimum 10% discount/reward or equivalent and order the minimum of 10 helmet stickers. Participants include but are not limited to restaurants, clothing stores, hotels, bike shops, beauty salons, markets, tea shops, ice cream shops, massage studios, and music stores.
How can I get more helmet stickers when I run out?
Go to the Bicycle Benefits Shop and purchase the number of "10 additional helmet sticker packages" that you desire or contact us by email or phone.
How can I get a bike rack for the outside of my store?
First, contact your city's public works department for regulations and standards for "bike parking" in your area. Every city has a different procedure as to who pays for and who installs the bike racks.
